The accident happened just before 6:30 p.m. on August 16 in the 4100 block of Interstate 10 West northbound near Pasadena and Santa Anna Streets.

San Antonio, TX – A woman was critically injured Saturday evening in a car accident in San Antonio’s North Side, according to the San Antonio police.
The accident happened just before 6:30 p.m. on August 16 in the 4100 block of Interstate 10 West northbound near Pasadena and Santa Anna Streets.
According to the police, witnesses said the woman was driving a Chevrolet Impala when she lost control, hit a concrete barrier, and collided with a Toyota Corolla.
The woman was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The occupants of the Corolla were evaluated at the scene for minor injuries.
Both vehicles became disabled, causing traffic to stall along the interstate.
The police are investigating the accident.
