The deadly accident occurred around 11:36 p.m. on July 19 on the East Freeway near Uvalde Road.

Houston, TX – A woman was hit and killed Saturday night after she had gotten out of her car during an argument in Houston, according to the police.
The deadly accident occurred around 11:36 p.m. on July 19 on the East Freeway near Uvalde Road.
Police said there was some type of disturbance in the woman’s vehicle when she asked the driver, a family member, to pull over so she could get fresh air. She then stepped onto the freeway and was hit.
The woman was killed in the accident. Her name has not been released.
The driver who hit the woman stayed at the scene and was being investigated for a DWI.
The police are investigating the accident.
