A Good Samaritan who was helping victims of the initial collision was hospitalized after being struck by the DUI driver

Tyler, TX. – A bystander helping people involved in a collision was injured after being struck by a car on Sunday night in Tyler.
According to the Tyler Police Department, the accident happened around 8:30 p.m. at East Southeast Loop 323 and Paluxy Drive.
One car reportedly crashed at the intersection before it was rear-ended by another car operated by a suspected drunk driver.
A Good Samaritan who was helping victims of the initial collision was hospitalized after being struck by the DUI driver.
