Five others were transported to the hospital with unknown injuries

Fort Worth, TX. – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision early Sunday morning in Fort Worth.
According to the police, the accident happened around 2:42 a.m. on I-35 at 5500 South Freeway.
Two cars were involved in the accident. A short time later, a third car crashed into one of the disabled cars.
One person was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
Five others were transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The Fort Worth Police Department is investigating the cause of the accident.
