1 Killed, 1 Hospitalized after Grapevine Car Accident on State Highway 121
Grapevine, TX. – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision that occurred early Friday morning in Grapevine, according to the authorities.
The wreck happened around 5 a.m. on State Highway 121 near Stone Myers Parkway.
A sedan was traveling northbound on SH 121 when it slammed into a guardrail and flipped over into the northbound lanes.
The sedan was then hit by two vehicles traveling south.
The driver of the sedan was pronounced dead at the scene.
One of the southbound drivers was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
