Fort Worth, TX – One person died while several others were injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Fort Worth on Friday morning, according to the Fort Worth Police Department.
The wreck happened on I-35W near W. Risinger Road just before 9 a.m.
The Fort Worth police reported that four vehicles were involved in the collision, whose cause was not immediately established.
One person was trapped in the wreckage and was rescued by emergency crews.
Several parties were transported to hospital and one of them was later pronounced deceased.
The Fort Worth Police Department is investigating the accident.
