Denton, TX – One person was killed and six others were injured following a multi-vehicle traffic collision on I-35W in Denton Tuesday afternoon, according to a police report.
The fatal collision happened around 3:30 p.m. on April 1 on Interstate 35 West near Vintage Boulevard.
Reportedly, four vehicles and an RV were involved in the immediate crash. Two other vehicles sustained damage from debris from the wreckage.
Police said seven people were transported to the hospital. One of the seven patients was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identities of the deceased and those injured have not been released.
The accident remains under investigation.
