Two students were transported to CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital with unknown injuries

Nome, TX. – Two students were injured in a collision involving a school bus on Friday evening in Nome.
According to Hardin-Jefferson ISD, the accident happened around 4 p.m. on Highway 90 at Texas 326.
A white Honda car reportedly rear-ended a Hardin-Jefferson Bus 10 on the way to China Elementary.
Two students were transported to CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital with unknown injuries.
The rest of the students were transferred to a different bus to continue to China Elementary.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
