Harris County, TX. – A Harris County Precinct 3 constable deputy was injured in a collision at a traffic stop on Sunday evening in Harris County.
According to the police, the accident happened around 6 p.m. on the East Sam Houston Tollway at Tidwell Road.
A deputy was conducting a traffic stop when another driver hit them.
The deputy was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle was flown to the hospital by LifeFlight and is in critical condition.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
