Gallien was driving a red Toyota SUV when she collided with a dump truck

Orange, TX. – Sommer Gallien, 44, has been identified as the woman who died in a collision involving a dump truck on Tuesday morning.
According to the police, the accident happened around 9:45 a.m. in the 4500 block of Womack Road.
Gallien was driving a red Toyota SUV when she collided with a dump truck.
The SUV came to rest in a roadside ditch while the dump truck overturned.
Gallien died at the accident scene.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
