San Antonio, TX. – At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision on Wednesday in San Antonio.
According to the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), the accident happened around noon on Highway 151 near the intersection of Potranco Road.
A driver in a gray SUV ran a red light at the intersection and crashed into five other vehicles.
The San Antonio Fire Department and EMS responded to the scene and rendered aid to some drivers and passengers.
One of the patients had to be extricated from the car by the firefighters.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
