Austin, TX – Two people were injured after two vehicles collided on Highway 290 in Austin Thursday night, according to Austin-Travis County Emergency Services (ATCEMS).
The accident happened at about 9:11 p.m. on November 7 in the area of US Highway 290 and El Rey Boulevard.
According to ATCEMS, a vehicle and a dump truck were involved in the collision.
Reportedly, ATCEMS medics, Oak Hills Fire Department, and Austin Fire Department responded to the scene and located one person pinned inside their vehicle.

The firefighters extricated one person who was pinned in the vehicle and transported alongside one other patient to the hospital.
