San Antonio, TX. – Three people were injured in a collision involving a vehicle driven by a suspected drunk driver on Thursday night near Olmos Park on Thursday night.

According to the Olmos Park Police Department, the accident happened around 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of Fresno Street and San Pedro Avenue

A 19-year-old driver was traveling southbound on McCullough when officers attempted to pull him over.

The driver failed to stop and drove away before colliding head-on with another vehicle at the intersection of Fresno and San Pedro.

The suspect was found unconscious inside the car and was taken to hospital with a head injury. He was charged with driving under the influence and unlawful carry of a weapon and a drug charge.

Two men in the second car were hospitalized with minor injuries.

Additional information about the accident was not provided.
