The deadly crash happened at about 9:44 a.m. on June 25 on Highway 190.

Point Blank TX — The Texas Department of Public Safety has released the identity of a man who was killed in a two-vehicle traffic crash on U.S. Highway 190, near Point Blank on June 25.
The victim was identified as Chelsey Munoz of Navasota.
The deadly crash happened at about 9:44 a.m. on June 25 on Highway 190.
Reportedly, Munoz was driving a 2008 Honda Pilot eastbound when he crossed over to the westbound lane and collided with a 2016 International truck tractor was traveling west.
Munoz sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by a Justice of the Peace.
The driver of the truck tractor, Joe Enloe, 46, of Cleveland, was not injured.
An investigation into the incident is underway.
