Odessa, TX – Two people were killed in a collision between two vehicles near Odessa on Saturday night, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The incident happened on East Goldenrod Drive and North Alfalfa Drive at about 11:37 p.m. on March 8.
According to DPS, Juan Jesus Vasquez, 42, of Longview, was driving a Dodge Ram truck eastbound on Goldenrod Drive when he collided head-on with a westbound Chevrolet Silverado.
Vasquez and the other driver, Nicholas Matthew Gonzalez, 34, of Miles, were both killed in the accident.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
