Roggasch was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene

Eastland County, TX. – A 34-year-old man was killed in a two-vehicle collision early Thursday morning near Cisco in Eastland County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened on Interstate 20 near the 327-mile marker at around 3:22 a.m.
Keith William Roggasch, 34, was driving a passenger van east on I-20 when he crashed into the back left side of a semi-truck towing a semitrailer.
The impact of the collision caused the van to overturn, coming to rest on the cable barrier.

Roggasch, of Fort Worth, was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The semi-truck driver, 35-year-old David Pelegrim Torres, of Odessa, was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
