Carleton Williams Jr. and Kyree Bogany Killed in NW Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on TC Jester Blvd and Swords Creek Road

Houston, Texas (September 30, 2020) – Two of the children who were injured in a two-vehicle that left a woman dead Thursday night in the Greenspoint area have died, according to the deputies.

The fatal crash happened around 9:00 p.m., on September 24, near the intersection of Swords Creek Road and TC Jester Boulevard.

Deputies said Eric Garcia was driving a Cadillac sedan southbound when he collided with a Chevrolet SUV driven by Angelina Billups that was turning onto TC Jester.

Billups was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Three children in the Chevrolet were airlifted to the hospital in critical condition. A fourth child was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Two of the children, 7-year-old Carleton Williams Jr. and 4-year-old Kyree Bogany, later died.

Garcia and his passenger were also taken to the hospital for treatment.

The crash remains under investigation.
