Cesar Garcia Killed in Midland County Car Accident on CR 173

Midland County, TX. – Cesar A. Boscan Garcia, 22, was killed in a car accident early Sunday morning in Midland County.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened on County Road 173 near State Highway 349.

Boscan Garcia was driving a 2012 Hyundai Accent westbound on County Road 173 when he collided with a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado traveling northbound on State Highway 346.

Boscan Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene.

Additional information about the accident was not provided.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
