Bonham, TX – The authorities have identified the two drivers who died following a three-vehicle traffic collision at an intersection on Bohman Thursday morning.
Bonham police identified the victims as Doris Ball Kirk and Juan Carlos Montoya.
Police said Doris Kirk was driving a red Jeep southbound on Highway 21 when he collided with a gray Nissan that ran a stop sign at the intersection with FM-898.
The impact caused the Jeep to go airborne into the northbound lane of State Highway 121, where it struck the cabin of a semi-truck operated by Juan Montoya.
Both Kirk and Montoya died in the accident.

Bonham, TX – Two people were killed and two others were injured following a three-vehicle traffic collision in Bohman Thursday morning, according to Bonham Police.

Doris Kirk and Juan Montoya Killed in 2-Vehicle Accident on SH-121
Police said a gray Nissan was traveling eastbound on FM-898 when it ran a stop sign at the intersection and was hit by a red Jeep traveling south on SH-121.
The impact caused the Jeep to go airborne into the northbound lane of State Highway 121, where it struck the cabin of a semi-truck.
The driver of the Jeep and the driver of the 18-wheeler were killed in the collision.
Two other people were injured and hospitalized in unknown condition.
The Texas Department of Public Safety and Bohman Police are investigating the incident.
