Houston, TX – A Houston father was killed in a deadly workplace accident in Seguin on Friday night, according Seguin Police Department.
According to Seguin PD, Arlen Roy Vargas, 39, was crushed between a tractor-trailer and a Niagara Bottling factory in Seguin Friday night.
According to the investigators, Arlen Vargas was a driver with a different company and was waiting for a shipment.
It was not immediately clear why Vargas had exited his vehicle and was near the building at the time of the tragic incident.
Employees at the factory and first responders tried to save Arlen, but he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
No additional information is available.
