3 Men Killed in San Ygnacio Two-Vehicle Accident Wednesday Morning

San Ygnacio, TX – The authorities have identified all the three men killed in a two-vehicle traffic collision in San Yngacio Wednesday morning as Alejandro Garcia, 41, from Laredo, 48-year-old Jesus Abel Garcia Chapa and 51-year-old Oscar Guerra Chapa both from Zapata.

Jesus Chapa and Alejandro Garcia died at the scene. Oscar Chapa died at the hospital on Wednesday night.

San Ygnacio, TX – A man who was injured and hospitalized following a horrific collision that killed two other men in San Ygnacio on Wednesday morning is dead, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

DPS said a Silverado pickup truck and a Ford F-150 collided on Wednesday Morning October 30 on Highway 83 about four miles north of San Ygnacio.

The driver of the Ford and a passenger of the Silverado, both male, were pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Silverado was transported to a Laredo hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead on Wednesday night.

San Ygnacio, TX – Two people were killed after two vehicles collided about four miles north of San Ygnacio Wednesday morning.

The deadly head-on accident, involving a Chevrolet Silverado and a Ford F-150, happened at about 10:30 a.m. on October 30.

The driver of the Ford and a passenger of the Silverado, both male, were killed in the collision.

The driver of the Silverado, also a male, was transported to a hospital in Laredo in an unknown condition.

The deadly incident remains under investigation.
