A man was driving a Ford F-150 when he failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and hit another car

Midland County, TX. – A man was killed in a car accident that happened in Midland County on Saturday, March 15.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened at the intersection of Business 20 and County Road 1246.
Christian Laredo, 30, was driving a Ford F-150 when he failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and hit another car.
The driver of the second car, Matthew Amodio from Midland, died at the scene.
Laredo ran away from the accident scene but was located the following day. He was charged with Accident Involving Death which is a second degree felony.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
