One Killed in Car Crash on Homestead Road in Houston

60-Year-Old Man Killed in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on Homestead Road at Calgary Street 

Houston, Texas (December 5, 2019) – The 60-year-old man who was critically injured earlier last month in a two-vehicle crash in Houston has died, according to the police.

The crash happened at about 8:00 a.m. on November 5, at 10500 Homestead Road in the area of Calgary Street.

Police said the man was driving a gold Chevrolet Suburban westbound on Calgary Street when he failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and was hit by a black Dodge Charger, which was heading northbound on Homestead Road.

The man was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital with critical injuries where he died on Tuesday, November 26.

The Dodge driver, a 30-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
