Mario Puente and Cierra Brown Injured in Lufkin Car Crash at State Highway 103 and Stubblefield Road

Lufkin, TX. – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Saturday in Lufkin.

According to the Lufkin Police Department, the accident occurred on State Highway 103 at Stubblefield Road.

Two vehicles were involved in the accident, but the events leading up to the collision were not immediately determined.

28-year-old Mario Puente and 21-year-old Cierra Brown suffered minor injuries and were taken to St. Luke's Health - Memorial Hospital for medical care.

More details on the collision were not released.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident.
