Two Injured in Hockley County Two-Vehicle Crash at U.S. 385 and FM 1585 near Levelland

Hockley County, Texas (December 15, 2022) – Two people were injured on Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash in Hockley County, according to the authorities.

The crash happened on December 14, at the intersection of U.S. 385 and FM 1585.

Authorities said a vehicle was traveling northbound on US 385 when it collided with another vehicle that was traveling westbound on FM 1585.

One person was taken to Levelland Covenant for treatment. Another person was taken to a Lubbock hospital with serious injuries.

The DPS troopers are investigating the crash.
