Johnathan Minium Killed in Amarillo Pedestrian Accident at Wolflin and Port

Amarillo, Texas (October 3, 2023) – According to the police, a 69-year-old man was hit and killed by a vehicle Saturday morning in Amarillo.

The deadly accident happened around 11:44 a.m., September 30, in the 6800 block of Wolflin at Port.

Police said a woman was driving a Dodge Journey on Wolflin when she struck 69-year-old Johnathan Mack Minium, who was crossing the street at the intersection.

Minium was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

The Traffic Investigation Unit of the Amarillo Police Department is investigating the crash.
