Pedestrian Hit, Killed by Vehicle near Berry Street and Mitchell Boulevard in Fort Worth

One Person Killed in Fort Worth Hit-and-Run Crash near Berry Street and Mitchell Boulevard

Fort Worth, Texas (March 20, 2023) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle early Monday morning in Fort Worth, according to the Fort Worth Police Department.

The deadly crash occurred at about 12:30 a.m. near Berry Street and Mitchell Boulevard.

A vehicle reportedly hit the pedestrian on the roadway.

The pedestrian, whose name has not been released, was transported to a hospital, where they were pronounced dead.

The driver fled the scene after hitting the victim.

The crash remains under investigation. Anyone with information or who witnessed the crash is urged to call the Fort Worth Police Department.
