Andrea Romero Pruneda Killed in Midland Pedestrian Accident at Rankin Highway and Wolcott Avenue Midland, Texas (July 24, 2020) – A 68-year-old woman was killed Thursday morning in a hit-and-run crash in Midland, according to police. The deadly accident occurred just before 6:00 a.m. July 23, at the intersection of Rankin Highway and Wolcott Avenue.
