Donna Brobst Killed in Odessa Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident at 42nd Street and Cypress Avenue Odessa, Texas (February 17, 2020) – The woman who was killed in a hit-and-run crash Friday evening in West Odessa has been identified as Donna Brobst, 58, according to the DPS.
