Frederick Arceneaux Killed in Liberty Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident on FM 160 Liberty, Texas (June 17, 2020) – A man was killed Sunday night in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident in Liberty, according to the DPS. The deadly accident happened around 11:00 p.m., June 14, on FM 160 east of FM 2830.
