Horacio Ramirez Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Moursund Boulevard San Antonio, Texas (October 17, 2020) – The man who was killed Wednesday night in a hit-and-run crash in San Antonio’s South Side has been identified as Horacio Ramirez, 65, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.
