Six Injured in Horizon City Car Crash on Horizon Avenue and Bowdoin Drive Horizon city, Texas (February 7, 2019) – Six people were injured in a two-vehicle collision on Wednesday night in Horizon City, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
