Jesus Jose Urias Killed in Ector County Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 20 Ector County, Texas (July 26, 2020) – A man was killed Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Ector County, according to DPS. The fatal crash occurred around 8:00 a.m., July 25, on the north service road of Interstate 20, nine miles west of Odessa.
