Eduardo Rosales Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Rigsby Avenue San Antonio, Texas (November 28, 2022) – The man who was killed in a pedestrian accident on November 15 in San Antonio has been identified as Eduardo Valentin Garcia Rosales, 34, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner.
