Rusty Lee Edwards Killed in Refugio Two-Vehicle Crash on U.S. Highway 77 near Woodsboro Refugio, Texas (September 19, 2020) – A man was killed in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon near Refugio, according to the Texas DPS.
