James Porter Killed in Ector County Two-Vehicle Crash on State Highway 158 Ector County, Texas (September 2, 2023) – A man was killed Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Ector County, according to the Texas DPS. The fatal crash happened around 7:30 a.m., August 31, on SH 158, about 12 miles north of Odessa.
