One Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 45 at Cooper Street and Lenway Street Dallas, Texas (April 13, 2019) – A pedestrian was fatally hit by a car Tuesday night in Dallas, police said. The deadly accident happened at about 11:45 p.m. April 9, on Interstate 45 between Cooper and Lenway Streets. Police said the pedestrian was by an 18-wheeler for unknown reasons on the freeway.
