Woman Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 35 San Antonio, Texas (December 7, 2020) – A woman was fatally hit by several vehicles early Monday morning in San Antonio, according to police. The deadly accident happened just after 3:30 a.m., in the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 near the Theo/Malone exit.
