Woman Killed in Atascosa County Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 37; Victor Dorsey Arrested Atascosa County, Texas (September 23, 2022) – A woman was killed early Wednesday morning in a hit-and-run accident in Atascosa County, according to the Texas DPS. The deadly accident happened around 5:18 a.m., September 21, on northbound Interstate 37 at mile marker 118, close to the Bexar County line.
