Nilda Garcia Killed in Harlingen Pedestrian Accident on Breedlove Road near Montezuma Road Harlingen, Texas (January 8, 2022) – A woman was killed last month in a hit-and-run accident in Harlingen, according to the authorities. The accident happened just before 3:00 a.m., on December 19, on Breedlove Road, north of Montezuma Road.
