Driver Possibly Injured in Hudspeth County Car Accident on Interstate 10 East
Hudspeth County, Texas (May 25, 2019) – A driver was hospitalized Saturday morning after a fiery traffic accident in Hudspeth County, according to Texas Department of Public Safety.
The wreck occurred just before 10 a.m. on Interstate 10 east at milepost 80.
According to the DPS, a 4-door sport utility vehicle and a truck tractor hauling a semitrailer were both heading eastbound on Interstate 10 when they collided for an unspecified reason.
The truck tractor then burst into flames after the impact.
The operator of the sport utility vehicle was transported to Del Sol Emergency room with possible injuries. The truck tractor was not injured.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
