1 Dead in Fort Bend County Bicycle Crash on Highway 36 near FM 1462
Fort Bend County, Texas (April 22, 2019) – One person was killed Sunday in a traffic accident in Fort Bend County, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred at an unspecified time Sunday, April 21 on Highway 36, just north of FM 1462.
According to the authorities, a bicycle and a vehicle collided for an unknown reason on Highway 36.
One person died in the accident. The identity of the victim has not been released pending notification of family.
Highway 36 was blocked in both directions following the crash.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
