One Killed in Houston Three-Vehicle Crash on Katy Freeway near Highway 6

Houston, Texas (June 20, 2021) – One person was killed on Thursday in a three-vehicle crash in Houston, according to a local news source.

The fatal crash happened on June 17, on the Interstate 10 Katy Freeway.

Police said a big rig and a small white SUV were involved in the collision. One other vehicle was also involved in the collision.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash closed all the westbound lanes of the freeway at Barker Cypress.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
