One Killed in Hunt County Motorcycle Crash on U.S 69 at Hunt County Road 1058

Hunt County, Texas (August 31, 2021) – One person was killed Saturday night in a motorcycle crash in Hunt County, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash happened around 8:35 p.m., August 28, on U.S Highway 69 at Hunt County Road 1058.

DPS said a custom-built motorcycle was traveling southbound on US 69 when it made an abrupt stop before making a turn and was rear-ended by an Infinity SUV.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.

The SUV driver was uninjured in the crash.

The troopers are investigating the crash.
