2 Critically Injured in Pedestrian Crash on Loop 410 in San Antonio

Two Critically Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Crash on Loop 410 at Evers Road

San Antonio, Texas (April 2, 2022) – A driver and a pedestrian were critically injured Friday afternoon in a crash in San Antonio’s Northwest Side, according to the police.

The accident happened just before noon, on April 1, in the area of Loop 410 at Evers Road.

Police said a woman was crossing the southbound lanes of Loop 410 when she was struck by a pickup truck whose driver had suffered a medical episode.

The truck then struck a flyover column and caught fire.

Both victims were taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The police are investigating the crash.
