Man Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on Gulf Bank Road in Houston

75-Year-Old Man Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Gulf Bank Road

Houston, Texas (January 16, 2021) – A 75-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run crash Friday night in north Houston, according to deputies.

The deadly accident happened around 9:30 p.m., January 15, in the 600 block of Gulf Bank Road.

Deputies said the man was helping a truck driver back a trailer into a driveway when he was struck by a purple, pearlescent Nissan or Infiniti vehicle that fled the scene.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

No other information was available.
