2 Injured in Crash on Chadbourne Street in San Angelo

Two Injured in San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash at Chadbourne Street and 6th Street

San Angelo, Texas (January 28, 2023) – Two people were injured Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in San Angelo, according to the authorities.

The crash happened around 12:45 p.m., January 27, at the intersection of North Chadbourne and 6th Street, in front of the bus station.

Authorities said a white Toyota passenger car was heading northbound on North Chadbourne and had a green light. A silver Ford Escape was traveling eastbound on 6th Street when it ran a red light and struck the white Toyota and the yield sign.

The elderly driver of the Ford Escape was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the white Toyota was also taken to the hospital for treatment.

The crash remains under investigation.
