2 Injured in Crash on IH-35 near West

Two Injured in West Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate Highway 35

West, Texas (November 4, 2022) – Two people were injured Thursday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash south of West, according to the DPS.

The crash happened around 3:00 p.m., November 3, on Interstate Highway 35 near mile marker 351.

DPS said a Chevrolet HHR was traveling northbound on the interstate when it rear-ended a Ford F-150 that was traveling at a slower speed due to a minor crash.

The driver and passenger of the Chevrolet were taken to Baylor Scott & White in Waco for treatment.

No other injuries were reported in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
