2 Injured in Truck Crash on Interstate 10 in Houston

Two Drivers Hospitalized after Houston Truck Accident on Interstate 10 at State Highway 6
Houston, Texas (March 1, 2019) – Two people were hospitalized early Thursday morning after a traffic accident in Houston, according to a local news source.
The wreck occurred at about 1:30 a.m. Thursday, February 28 on Interstate 10 at State 6.
As per the report, a highway construction barrier vehicle was blocking equipment on an overhead sign when it was hit by a box truck carrying cleaning solvent.
The force of the impact caused the box truck to spin out and spilled waste across the road.
Both drivers sustained non-life threatening injuries and were taken to a hospital.
All inbound lanes of Interstate 10 at State Highway 6 were shut down for several hours as emergency crews worked to clear the scene. As of 8:00 a.m. those main lanes were reopened.
The crash remains under investigation.
