2 Police Officers and Civilian Injured in Hit-and-Run on I-35 in Fort Worth

Two Police Officers and Civilian Injured in Fort Worth Hit-and-Run Crash on Interstate 35 near Berry Street

Fort Worth, Texas (November 11, 2022) – Three people, including two Fort Worth police officers, were injured early Thursday morning in a hit-and-run accident in Fort Worth, according to the police.

The crash happened on November 10, on Interstate 35 near Berry Street.

Police said the two officers were helping three stranded drivers whose vehicles had been damaged by debris on the interstate.

Another driver crashed into the patrol car and pushed it into one of the disabled vehicles. That driver fled the scene after the crash.

Both officers and the driver of the disabled car were taken to the hospital for treatment.

No other information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
